25hours Hotels

25hours Hotel One Central Dubai, is a five-star development, located in the Dubai World Trade Centre (DWTC), comprising  434 distinct rooms. This unique hotel concept by Accor Hotels is the first property outside of Europe for the disruptive German hotel brand and also the largest 25hours property in the world. The hotel presents a vibrant environment where tradition meets modernity, offering a promising and welcoming atmosphere while highlighting the hotel’s motto of “come as you are”.

The hotel  offers creative breakout areas with co-working spaces, a coffee area, a vinyl player and Walkman area. An in-house division, ‘Extra Hour Lab’, is responsible for the development of magic moments, surprising concepts, individual stories, extraordinary designs, forward thinking partnerships and innovative ideas that all set the 25Hours Hotel apart from the rest of the hotel market.

ASGC has been awarded the contract for this project by Dubai World Trade Centre (DWTC) and the scope of work included project financing through UKEF as well as execution of main contract works with associated infrastructure and landscaping works.
