MC2 - Masdar City Campus

ASGC Construction is the main contractor for the MC2 Masdar City Campus project in Abu Dhabi. ASGC is responsible for constructing a sustainable office buildings complex spread over three plots, comprising seven single and multi-tenant office buildings and a parking facility. Six buildings will be built to the highest green construction specifications, while the MC2 headquarters will be Abu Dhabi’s first net-zero energy office building.

ASGC scope includes civil works for all eight buildings and finishing works for four buildings and all public areas, entrance and lift lobbies, washrooms, prayer rooms, changing rooms and bike storage area. The works also include associated infrastructure and MEP works.
