ASGC Construction successfully obtains Building Completion Certificates for three projects

ASGC is pleased to announce that Building Completion Certificates for three of its leading projects - Sustainability Pavilion, Dubai Harbour Cruise Terminal and Aloft Hotel and Elements Service Apartments (Al Garhoud) were received in November and December 2020. All of the projects demonstrated ASGC’s operational expertise and ability to deliver turn-key projects across a diverse portfolio.

Sustainability Pavilion at EXPO 2020

The Sustainability Pavilion will be one of the world’s newest and most sustainable LEED Platinum-certified buildings. The pavilion is spread across 29,159 square meters and aims to showcase the mutual co-existence of architecture and sustainable future living. The pavilion is dynamic in its form, built from the ground up with sustainability as its guiding principle, aiming to not only educate and delight visitors but also to serve as an iconic building and living landmark to sustainability, a destination where science and the public intersect.

 

Dubai Harbour Cruise Terminal

Spanning over 120,000 square meters, the two main cruise terminal buildings have been built to accommodate the largest cruise ships, further enhancing the position of Dubai as a leading global hub for maritime tourism. The terminal is strategically located in Dubai Marina, equidistant between the Emirate’s two international airports and offers breathtaking views of beautiful beaches and world-famous attractions such as Ain Dubai, Sky Dive Dubai and Burj Al Arab.

Al Garhoud and Al Raffa

Aloft Hotel and Elements Service Apartments in Al Raffa and Al Garhoud are spread over 69,000 square meters and are strategically located near Bur Dubai and Dubai International Airport respectively offering great connectivity to the entire city.
